    • Step 1: For android users, open WhatsApp and click three dots on the top-right corner, and for iOS users, click settings. 
    • Step 2: Click the payments option and select add payments
    • Step 3: Read all the terms and conditions carefully and accept it
    • Step 4: Select your bank from the list available. Then select your account if multiple accounts are linked with that bank. Make sure to open this payment option with the same number synced with both WhatsApp and your bank account.  
    • Step 5: WhatsApp will now send an SMS to verify 
    • Step 6: Now create a UPI PIN for this payment feature      

    How to send money?

    • Step 1: Go to Whatsapp and select the payment option
    • Step 2: Select the contact for whom the money has to be sent 
    • Step 3: For the receiver is not on your contact list you can send the money through a QR code or the UPI Id
    • Step 4: Now enter the amount and verify the transaction with the UPI pin 

    How to receive money?

    The receiver can receive the money even if their account is not linked with the WhatsApp payment feature. Money will be credited directly to their bank account.
