The barracuda is a slim, streamlined fish with delicate meat that is commonly seen in the Indo-West Pacific area. It’s popular because of its low fat level, and it’s best fried. We sell them in tiny steak slices for quick pan-frying or grilling. Vacuum-packed for hygienic storage. Temperatures are kept in check. There are no chemicals in this product. A Barracuda has just been captured off the coast of Tamil Nadu. You’ll only get the greatest ones since they’ve been hand-picked for you! Every day, we hook fish and quickly cool them to below 4 °C, removing the need to freeze and keeping the fish’s natural flavour and texture.
